Pico de Gallo

Fresh ingredients are key when making this delicious salsa fresca. Pico de Gallo is one of the most popular Mexican salsas and can be found at almost every Mexican restaurant.

Here is what you will need:

  • 3 Roma tomatoes

  • 1/4 white onion

  • 2 serranos 

  • Juice from 2 limes 

  • Cilantro 

  • Salt 

Directions:

  1. Remove core and chop tomatoes, dice onion, dice serranos, and chop cilantro.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add lime juice, salt to taste, and mix.

  4. Let the Pico de Gallo rest for 15 minutes before serving.
